"We had a challenging project on our property in Sandy Valley. The work was started by a General Contractor in Las Vegas who stepped away from our project. We met with Lyle, shared the history & he took it on. The project had different challenges & really needed someone that could figure out how to put a complicated puzzle together. The modular building on concrete footings had to be tied down according to the structural engineers plan. The soil had to be tested, the drainage study had to be completed, being a commercial project we also learned an ADA ramp was required! AND - The CCBD had to agree & approve all of these interconnected parts & work efforts. Lyle was tenatious, creative, & never gave up, getting us thru the whole permit approval process with a can do, we can figure this out attitude. The Precision 702 team was spot on & precise. They are our go-to construction/maintenance partner... Highly recommend!"
