By The Job

Our professional will be onsite with you to assess what you would like to get done. If the project will take more than 2 hours to complete Precision 702 will recommend a quote to complete the job rather than charging by the hour.

This will be for your benefit because when we quote "by the job" than the quote is to see the job through from beginning to end at that quoted price regardless of if it took extra time to complete. As a small business ourselves, we understand and respect the need for quality with a fair investment.

Medium to large projects might include:

Drywall repair (smaller sections, not an entire room), mount shelves – 2-3 hours

hang a new door (includes shims, sanding, framework adjustments), woodwork repair – 3-4 hours

Repair a wall, install carpet, laminate and replace/reinstall baseboards (small room) – 4+ hours

Regular or Routine Maintenance:

Precision 702 can offer a routine commercial maintenance contract for your business if you need regular maintenance for particular jobs. This can be completed as a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annual service depending on the details that are required. Please speak to our professional for more details on our routine maintenance services.

*If our professional is required to supply materials, you are never charged a "mark up". You only pay reciept value of any material costs.
