Originally from the land down under (Australia), Adam Kent was managing a large electrical franchise in the northern suburbs of Sydney. In under a year, he was transferred to a store four times the size in the sunshine state of Queensland. He left his electrical days behind to join his family’s retail food chains in Brisbane taking on the wholesale division and increasing its bottom line by almost 250% in approximately 7 months. With a passion for working with people and a getting results, Adam was headhunted by the owner of the National College of Business (NCB) in the Gold Coast, a business coaching firm, where he spent the next few years as the head business strategist and sales director working with approximately 300 small business owners & teams demonstrating his expertise, attention to detail, and authenticity increasing sales conversions from 10%-200%, and holding the Business Strategist record for the highest client retention rate in the history of the NCB in Australia.
