In the mid 90’s from the small country town of Alberta, Canada. Lyle Polok, a young Canuck with the American dream at heart moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to turn his dreams into a reality. With an extensive background in the construction industry, he has completed projects from large national franchise chain restaurants and business outlets through to small bathroom renovations for locals of the Las Vegas community. Since the early ages, he has been a rare type of individual creating success as a serial entrepreneur with a web development, construction and custom outdoor furniture businesses demonstrating his creativity and trade skills with a line of satisfied clients and recommendations. Lyle has worked on many high-end properties, renovating them for a high ROI for investors which in the recent years has had him headhunted by property investor groups requesting his services to manage multi-million dollar portfolios.
